Is there a way to find who/when drop the drop the table from sql server 2000 and 2005?

No. You would have had to either been explicitly logging this information via DDL triggers, or capturing user actions via a profiler trace, or idealy preventing anyone but the DBA(s) from having permission to drop tables.

Note that DDL triggers are available from 2005 onwards
