sql server 2005 management studio shows me evaluation period has expired and can't not start, when i query the database, its show me Enterprise edition. As its production, i don't want to un-install & install the whole binary. Pls let me know, if i do just re-install 0f client tools, will it works? or any magic on registry change? And i more thing, sql server 2000 also running in another named instance.Appreciate your replies ASAP |

If I understand you correctly, this isn't a big issue since you should be using the client on your client machine rather than on the server directly.I'd uninstall the client tools on the server and then reinstall them.I've never done that so you might want to test the situation out on another machine.An infinite universe is the ultimate cartesian product. |
