Windows 2003 server cluster sp2SQL Server EE SP3 CU4This week I moved a named instance from one drive to another drive.Everything went well as expected. But I found later that One NT ID, (of course a very important one), out of several lost its permissions to 60% of its databases. The most odd thing that I found was that the id was not orphaned in the databases. Just gone. Note: I did detach and reattach the user databases before moving the system databases. Also, the move was just across drive letters not servers.Any info or experiences shared would be great. |
