Hi all,i am stumped I am trying to upgrade from SQL 2000 version 8.00.2039 sp4 standard to SQL 2008 enterprise and it is failing. It makes it to the upgrade rules section where it fails. The error message isRule "SQL Server 2008 feature Upgrade" FailedThe Specified edition upgrade is not supported. For info see supported upgrade paths.I have checked the matrix and what i am trying to do is supported....My only thought is i am using the 2008 enterprise eval version to test with so maybe this is the cause. But I was under the impression that the eval version is a full version that just times out after 180 days..thank youPat |
