| Hi,I am trying to install sql server 2005 on my workstation (xp pro sp3).The start window shows install server components, tools, books online and sample. It does not show "Run the SQL Server Installation Wizard" as it explains in msdn."http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143219(SQL.90).aspx"Could the above issue be because the edition I am trying to inistall is enterprise which is not allowed on my machine which is xp pro sp3 ?ThanksThanks |

| enterprise version only runs on windows servers.For your workstation you should install, either developer or express version |
