Queries that modify table variables do not generate parallel query execution plans. Performance can be affected when very large table variables, or table variables in complex queries, are modified


Am not clear above statement please explain me.

short answer is to use temp tables instead of table variables if there is a lot of data, or you'll be manipulating the data in the temporary object
