what all indexes you currently have on table? what all columns you retrieve,insert & modify most?

I have created three non-clustered indexes on the table employee.I have around seven million data in my table.Visakh, please help me.

Each SELECT or INSERT or UPDATE or DELETE query has to be analyzed in particular.
It is nearly impossible to give a general advice on how to speed up all queries.
So you should come up with a particular query and all informations about it (table structure, indexes, query, ...).
