Sudha writes "I have a form in which among various text boxes I have two text boxes named Date of Hiring and another named Date of Termination.Both are date/time fields of an Access Database. The problem is while adding a new employee I want to leave the Date of Termination as a blank field.But while updating the database how do I pass this null value ? I keep getting an error saying type mismatch. Please help me.I am going crazy.
