Author  Topic  kalgat Starting Member 2 Posts Posted - 2002-03-14 : 05:33:16 Greetings I have the following error on all my replication agents: an exception occurred in the Distribution subsystem. The step failed. an exception occurred in the logreader subsystem. The step failed. So far i tried to delete and recreate the transactional replication, re-installed SP 2, waded through technet, edited the worker threads in the registry and cursed a lot. There is no more info supplied by sql2000 as to why this exception occurred in the logs. Has anyone encountered this b4 and knows how to fix it? I have now re-applied windows 2000 sp2 and uninstalled and re-installed sql 2000 standard with sp2. Attached my db's and i still have the same problem.
