generally they're generated as default options. you can change them if you want.

yes, only if you want them ON...as mentioned, they are the default

BUT

If they are off when you compile it..I Think they will be OFF

I could put SET NOCOUNT ON outside the SProc create and that would be the State when it runs?

That would save having SET NOCOUNT ON within the Sproc.
