How should I implement 1-1, 1-m, m-m relationships during designing of tables?

1-1 usually by means of fk relationship b/w two tables
1-m,m-m by means of a third intermediate table having both tables pk as fks.

1-M can be represented by a FK relationship like a 1-1. For example the OrderHeader and OrderDetail scenario, you have 1 Header row and n-number of Detail rows that all reference the same Order row (presumably the OrderID).
