I am using 2 SQL Server DB’s

Server A:

Enterprise Edition (64-bit)
SP2
9.00.3042.00
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.3042.00 (X64) Feb 10 2007 00:59:02 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Enterprise
Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 6.0 (Build 6001: Service Pack 1)

Server B:

Enterprise Edition (64-bit)
SP3
9.00.4035.00
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.4035.00(X64) Nov 24 2008 16:17:31 Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Enterprise
Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 2)

Same Application is running on both servers; Server A is running perfect in comparison of SQL server its
Average transaction time is 41ms; while Server B is take more than 200ms to complete same Transaction.

Processor Activity normal
Memory utilization Normal,
Log File size normal
Physical disk activity normal

It is observed that insertion in one table take more then 120ms per single transaction; that table has 3 indexes, 1 primary key and 1 foreign key, but this is same as in server A

Any clue/tip/direction to dig out more to fix this problem
your advices will be highly appreciated.
