1.) How to take bake backup of database from remote server .

2.) How to update data base backup day by day continously .

Scheduling update my whole backup of database it takes too much time .I want update only day update in database .

There are only 3 types of backups that you can perform:

1) Full Database backup
2) Differential backup
3) Transaction Log backup

You have to perform the first one before you can do any of the others. You should be looking at performing the first one on a daily basis. If that does not fit into your maintenance window, then you could perform the full backup weekly and then perform differential backups daily.

You really should read BOL to understand what each backup does, and how they are managed.

A quick overview:

Differential backups backup all changes since the last full backup. So, if you run a weekly full backup starting on Sunday - and daily differentials, the differential backup on Monday will contain the changes made since Sunday. The differential on Tuesday would contain all changes since Sunday (the full backup), and so on... Each days differential backup will get larger, as well as taking more time.

Transaction log backups back up the transaction log. This is a required backup if your recovery model is either FULL or BULK_LOGGED. If your recovery model is SIMPLE, you cannot perform this type of backup. Each transaction log backup will back up the changes in the transaction log since the last transaction log backup was taken.

Again, you need to understand each type of backup and define a plan to backup your system. Any plan you come up with should be focused on recovering as much data as is possible if something happens. If you can afford to lose a days worth of data, then you can set the recovery model to simple and perform daily full backups. If not, then you are going to need to set your recovery model to full and perform regular full backups (daily or weekly) and frequent transaction log backups (every hour, every half-hour or 15 minutes, etc...)
