select @@TRANCOUNT will let you know if there are any open transactions.

errrrmmmm, T-SQL is SQL Server.. SQL Server was a product originally designed by Sybase and brought from them, therefore using a lot of the same features.

If you are not working in SQL Server, then you are in the wrong place.

sorry!am working in sql server only but it not belongs to microsoft(its not mysql)

am working in unix platform with oracle database

You are not working in SQL Server then, you may want to try an Oracle forum, not sure, but this may be the place:
