Periodically, maybe every 2-3 months or so, when accessing sqlteam.com, I'll come up as logged out, even though for I don't manually action that. Anybody else encountered this site behaviour - (using IE6)? PITA.

Yes.

I believe that the site is setup to auto-logout at some time interval, but graz or someone would have to explain that.

Yes, me too. Browser pre-fills the login form, so I just press LOGIN - annoying when it happens between Read Post and Reply though

I'm not aware of any logout activity. Did it just happen today (or yesterday) by chance?

It has been happening that way for years. Every so often, weeks or months, you are no longer logged in. Doesn't happen to my work and home PCs at the same time, but usually within a week of each other.

I just assumed that it was intentional.

It's not intentional. I'm not sure what's causing it. Maybe the cookie is expiring and the site doesn't update it every time you log in. Hmmmm.

Maybe it's a "feature" of the forum software?

Me too. Never bothered me, and I assumed it was a "security feature"

Does it not do that for you too Graz?

This has been happening to me too for a long time. I just assumed it was a cookie expiring or something like that.
