I've noticed ByVal used before some variables e.g.Function Test(ByVal frm as String)but what does it actually do ?The help files barely seem to touch on it ?many thanksPaulPaul |

Don't worry i've found it.It is essentially a copy of the original variable which doesn't actually change the original.Paul |

Opposite of ByRef which passes in a "pointer" to the object - allowing changes to the object.--I hope that when I die someone will say of me "That guy sure owed me a lot of money" |
