| Can someone recommend a good book (or online resource) to easily learn how to use Triggers to populate summary tables, Indexed Views, Partitioned Views and Partitioned Tables.I know I will need to use one of those in my project, but I don't fully understand them or know how to use them properly, so looking for an easy to digest resource to quickly familiarize myself with them. |
