How can I retreive just 11 out of the current date?

select DATEPART ( yy , getDate() )

Maybe this will help:

SELECT 
    RIGHT(CAST(YEAR(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) AS VARCHAR(4)), 2),
    RIGHT(YEAR(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP), 2)
