Hello Every body,

I'm running multiple databases on my server, due to slow performance i have done re indexing in all my databases but there are 2 database in which I'm getting the same error in the end, which is mentioned below

Can any one tell me why I'm getting this error in only my 2 databases ? and those 2 databases are also slow in execution of any query.

Access violations are typically bugs in SQL Server. What version and build are you using? Show us the output of SELECT @@VERSION.

You could try applying the last cumulative hotfix that they released for SQL 2000. That would put you at a build over 2100 if I recall correctly.

If that doesn't work, well you are out of luck as SQL 2000 is no longer supported.

You already have service pack 4 installed. You need to apply the post-SP4 fixes. Newest and last build for 2000 is 8.00.2283.

I've 32bit Server but this fix is only for 64 bit, now i don't know where to get same release of 32 bit, should i download the Sp4 again ? from this link

but in this the version is 8.00.2039, I'm not sure they have updated the current release in it or not ?
