I'm trying to deconstruct an SSI package, which calls some SPs. I don't have all of the tables that the SPs call so I'm trying to figure out what I'm missing, so I can request it. I have seen a few select statements that are like....

SELECT {column, column, column} FROM #{object_name}

I've never seen the '#' symbol used like this so I'm not sure what type of object this is. Can someone clarify this for me?

It's a temporary table, gets stored in tempdb although the name will be different than what you are seeing.
