Hi,

I recently got a new PC at work. I am connected to the office network and network printers. My new machine runs Access 2002. I am having trouble with a report in an Access 2000 database, which I now open in Access 2002. When I open the report in page preview, the page size defaults to Letter. The report is designed to fit nicely on an A3 page. When I change the paper size to A3 through page setup, and click OK, the paper size is still Letter. Through page setup I can change the orientation of the paper and the margins, but regardless of what paper size I select, when I click OK it returns to Letter. In other applications (Excel and Word), I am not experiencing any problems.

Why will Access 2002 not accept any paper size other than Letter? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Perhaps its set to always be letter on the report design, try changing it there...

Peace

Rick

In the report design, there is no paper size property.

Hi,

highlight or view the report in design view, then goto file>pagesetup.
click the PAGE tab and change the format there.
