I have no space left on a log drive, and as a result am unable to reduce the size of the logs.

Can someone please tell me how to force the logs to truncate?

I am unable to run:

DBCC SHRINKDATABASE (MIBBilling, TRUNCATEONLY);

I am using SQL 2008

Please read through this - http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/64582/ and this - http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Transaction+Log/72488/

If you have to shrink, just shrink the log file, not the entire database. It'll have less impact. Shrink the entire DB and you'll need to rebuild indexes afterwards.
