are you trying to access it from within domain or from outside? If latter, is sql server configured for accessing over internet?

Also whats the edition and version of sql server?

THERE ARE MANY computers in COMPANY
AND YES SQL SERVER 2000 IN LOCAL NETWORK

BUT I can not connect THIS SERVER
