concatenating field values in a single string

I have this resultsset that looks like this:

Proposal_id title contact_id
200008886 Aqui Se Contruye 560
200008886 Aqui Se Contruye 234
200008886 Aqui Se Contruye 333
200008886 Aqui Se Contruye 9876
200008886 Aqui Se Contruye 345
200008886 Aqui Se Contruye 7878
200001234 Andromeda 844
200004556 Bart Simpson 1212
200004556 Bart Simpson 5656
200004556 Bart Simpson 12456

I need it to look like this:

200008886 Aqui Se Contruye 560,234,333,9876,345,7878
200001234 Andromeda 844
200004556 Bart Simpson 1212,5656,12456

How can I do my select????PLEASE
