in a field i store information about a persons sex. 1 designates male and 2 designates female. How would I get display this information using two option buttons in a form. Obviously one option button would be selected if the person was a male and the other would be selected if the person was female? |

just drop an "option group" control onto the form. the wizard should help you set it up.let me know if this doesn't help you.- Jeff |

(Jeff :))Suppose this data (sex) is stored in field 'sex' of table 't'.Drop on your form OptionGroup. Then drop on this Grouptwo option buttons. Then assign field 'sex' to the OptionGroupas its datasource. And assign to each of two option buttonsappropriate value of its parameter (in your case it is only 1 and 2).Of course, the data source of the form must be your table 't'.- Vit |
