Hi,

I'm very new to Sql so please forgive me for my stupidity.
I want to find out the size of one certain table but I just don't know how(the table is in database BPB) ,I'm doing this for my high school magazine so please help otherwise I'll be kicked out from the magazine team .

Maybe sp_spaceused 'table_name' will help you
If you are on SQL2K you can right-click on the db in question -> View -> Taskpad and then on the right pane jump to the 'Table Info' tab and search for your table

do a forum search for 'table size' (exact match) and several links will show up....including this one.

A good friend of mine wrote this little proc which will tell you the space used for every user table in your database.
