Daniel Reis writes "I run this simple query:

SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT ID_SESSION) AS SESSION FROM DATA WHERE
(MONTH(DATA_MIN)=09)

and I get 1000.
If i change the month i get 1000. It's not possible there's more than 1000.

If I run
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM DATA
I get 384089 result.

My question: How do change the limit of "count(distinct", it's time-out?, it's set XXX?

Can you please help me?

- Windows 2003
- SQL 2000 Pro sp3"

At first blush, it looks like you are mistaken. There are 1000 ID_SESSIONs.

Could you post the data type of ID_SESSION (INT OR VARCHAR)?

Why isn't it possible that there are more than 1000?
