In terms of performance, which is faster? Thanks

A.
Select
Products.ProductID,
Categories.Name
FROM
Products,
Categories
WHERE
Products.CategoryID = Categories.CategoryID

OR

B.
Select
Products.ProductID,
Categories.Name
FROM
Products INNER JOIN
Categories ON Products.CategoryID = Categories.CategoryID

They are equivalent. I prefer option B however when writing joins.
