Hi,I'm using Access 2000 to develop a tracking system and I have all of the reports formated for A4 size paper. Problem comes when a user tries to print in Letter size paper, a part of the report goes to a second page or it just disappears. Is there a way in Access to "Fit to Page" a report so that the A4 size reports will fit in a Letter size paper? This feature is available in Excel but it seems to be missing in Access. Thanks. |

The simple method is to format to the smaller size paper.I have to do this for a couple of printers that interpret margins differently, I must always pull the right margin in 3/16 of an inch. JimUsers <> Logic |

Yup, that would be the solution. Format the reports to fit both paper sizes. Thanks Jim. |
