| CAST is SQL-92 compatible. CONVERT is not. CONVERT offers more functionality be allowing you to specify a style on the conversion (for example date converted as yyyymmdd).MeanOldDBAderrickleggett@hotmail.comWhen life gives you a lemon, fire the DBA. |
