| Reinstall the client tools on that machine. Just the client tools. And stop panicking. Your SQL Server is running fine, if you can connect with Query Analyzer then there's nothing wrong.I think there's a way to fix the registry without doing the reinstall, but I can't remember what it is. |

was your server running fine before? trace back what you did and undo.if you can't remember, detach the databases, reinstall server  , attach the databases you detached. --------------------keeping it simple... |
