Is it possible to have a single or combination LIKE condition(s) that will find the following.

media - (on a separate line by itself)
the media is - (in a string)
television media. - (followed by a period or comma)

But at the same time not find

immediate (within a word)

select * from
MyTable
where col1 like '%[ ]media%' -- you can add allowed chars at the begining in the square brackets.
