Anyone use a script to proper case names with support for McDonald, MacDonald, O'Leary, etc.?

I am pretty sure SamC posted this challenge in the Yak Corral. Do a search in that forum using his userid. It would have been in the last year or so.

Who says there is a "proper case" for all these?
MacIntosh or Macintosh?
Mackey or MacKey?

Arnold, agreed. It would be impossible to write a script to cover all cases.
