I've successfully set this up to where users can generate reports via the web.

I setup a domain that forwards to my reportsserver machine that allows them to view the reports accordingly, but when they do, they have to log in with an account on the machine. Since the portal they are using has its own security setup, is there any possible way to bypass this login prompt and take them straight to the reports?

Thanks!

Hey, dont know if you found a solution or not yet. The IIS Site were ur reports are located must be set to anonymous access. This should stop the login/authentification box from popping up. Hope it helps...

or, alternatively you can develop new extensions for reporting services, to authenticate the users via a custom data store, such as the portal's user database.

Here are two good articles:
http://www.devx.com/dotnet/Article/26759
http://www.devx.com/dotnet/Article/27133

I applied this and it is much more secure and functional, since you can further improve your athentication mechanism.
