| hi,i m working on student evaluation form. student has many subject and each subject is thought by teacher. evaluation form is simple header part include student and teacher general information and detail containts the question. now i need to prepare evaluation report in matrix form. like thisteacher name subject Question 1 question 2... question8 TA S1 1 2 3Each question has three option 1.good 2.fair 3. excellent and should be 1.I have to calculate the no of 1,2 and 3 ans on the basis on teacher and subject. so how do i prepare this report. The table structure areEval_res_mastereval_res_detailstd_sujectstd_facultyany suggestion will be appreciated.Thanks in advance. |
