If you use grouping on a specific field you can select the group properties and check the "Group Footer" so that your group will include a footer. A group footer does not print until all the associated data for the particular group is displayed. Once the data is displayed your group footer will hit allowing you to perform your SUM or whatever label you want to display.Grouping footer is much like the report footer, The report footer does not print until your details section has been completed.Jon
