Select top 100 room from yourtable

SET ROWCOUNT 100
SELECT * FROM YourTable WHERE Room='Room1' UNION
SELECT * FROM YourTable WHERE Room='Room2' UNION
SELECT * FROM YourTable WHERE Room='Room3' UNION
