| Why do you need to union over 100 tables? That sounds very much like you might have some serious design issues .... Can you give us some more info? |

| you could basically start withselect table_name from information_schema.tables where table_type='table'this is already a view, what do you mean by union? what to union? do you need to identify same table names but different owners?--------------------keeping it simple... |
