Kahgus Lam writes "Dear all,

I have a some RAM problem from sql server 2000 standard ver..
My server config:
Windows Server 2003 Standard Ver.
P4 Xeon 2.8GHz X2(HT Enabled)
1024MB Ram
35GB SCSI HHD X2(Raid1)

CPU Process time is so slow.
I had fix the 700MB RAM for SQL Server from EM.
MS SQL Server always keep 700MB Ram to use in.
On Busy, MS SQL Server will release all RAM Data to vm, then let SQL Server to low ram. Speed down the workload.
What problem is it??
How to solve the problem!

And Always so many Lock Request, about 7XXXX!
Autogrow is defualt setting.
Database size is 9GB
NO backups process on the time."
