my log file is in size of almost 7 GB where the DB is in the size of
9GB!!!!
morethen that - i have change the recovery from full to bulk
but still no reduce!
why is that?
what can cause the log to become so big?

DBCC DBREINDEX will cause this. You should not shrink the transaction log as it will just grow again next time the optimizations occur. So you'll receive a performance hit while it needs to grow again.

We have some tlogs that are 1.5 times bigger than the database.
