Do a VIEW SOURCE on the subscripts page and use a programmers editor to suck out all the "Unsubscribe" URLs and then submit them with something or other ... crap idea, but might give you or someone an idea for a better one.

try selecting count where its me :)..im certainly not going to count all of those...prolly 50-100
