You can use a number of methods to do this.

1. Backup your database on 7.0 instance and restore on SQL 2005
2. Detach the database on 7.0 instance and attach on SQL 2005
3. Stop SQL Server 7.0 and copy the .MDF, .NDF, and .LDF to SQL 2005 and attach
4. Copy database wizard in SQL 2005

You might need to use the copy logins wizard to get the logins out of master, or you will need to script them out.
