Kunal writes "Hi!

All my Datafolders are present in D:\ with sharing and security rights given only to me

Whenever i run sp_attach_db in Query Analzyer, i get
" Device activation error. The physical file name...... may be incorrect"

Do i need to explicitly give full control to "everyone" even-though i am attaching the databases only on my local machine.

any help in this regard would be obliging.

Thanx"
