my question is :
does t-sql = condition statements and while statments ,for next ..etc ??

but there's usually no need for that.

what are you trying to do?

T-SQL supports if, while, etc. The usage depends on what you want to do

i want to do :
creat store produce and use parameters
if value which user enter it >0 then
do something
else
do something

that is what i need to do
