I coding an ASP.NET app. I'm getting some error messages about the ASPNET user can't access the DB. How can I manage a user (specifically add one) in SQL Server 2000? Thanks in advance for your help!

I've created the account ASPNET. However, I do not know how to set the permissions and grants in SQL Server. Please tell me the command to do that. This is a setup on my personal development machine, there is no DBA.Thanks

see the Books on Line (BOL) about security. Start with sp_grantlogin (NT user) and GRANT (type these key words in the index tab page).May the Almighty God bless us all!
