Hi;

I have passed first exam of the series of exams for SQL Server 2005, so here is the series of exams

First Exam which is compulsory !

Exam 70–431: TS: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - Implementation and Maintenance

After passing that exam, there are two tracks for MCITP i.e. MS Certified IT Professional

MCITP for Database Developers
MCITP for Database Administrators

Each track requires to more exams to pass to get MCITP certification.

For MCITP for Database Developers:

Exam 70–441: PRO: Designing Database Solutions by Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Open License 6.0

Exam 70–442: PRO: Designing and Optimizing Data Access by Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005

MCITP for Database Administrators:

Exam 70–443: PRO: Designing a Database Server Infrastructure by Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005

Exam 70–444: PRO: Optimizing and Maintaining a Database Administration Solution by Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005

If you are MCDBA for SQL Server 2000 then you can take upgrade exam:

Exam 70–447: UPGRADE: MCDBA Skills to MCITP Database Administrator by Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005

For Exams contents, check the course outline of each course from the above mentioned link, I would suggest to go thru all the Elearning provided by MS at the link below

Also don't forget to learn from BOL for SQL Server 2005, it the best place to learn about SQL Server 2005.
