| stored procedure Created date can be tracked in the enterprise Manager but how to identify or check the last time(Date) stored procedure was altered. |

| That's not possible in SQL Server versions older than 2005. This is why some people only use drop/create when they need to modify a stored procedure. We use source control, so we are fine with alters as source control will tell us the last update.Tara Kizer |
