Dear All,

I need to check the 1'st table row valus with 2'nd table Column Values
Eg:

Table 1
S.No Mnth
1 Aug-2005
2 sep-2005
3 oct-2005
4 nov-2005
5 Dec-2005
6 Jan-2006

Table 2
S.no Employee Aug-2005 sep-2005 oct-2005 nov-2005 Dec-2005 Jan-2006
1 E1
2 E2
3 E3
4 E4
5 E5
6 E6

Here I need to compare the Table1 Mnth Values to Table2 columns from Aug-2005
please help me, Urgent
