I was on a forum the other day and i saw that at the beginning of each post there was a Google- Advert, follow the link for an example!

I dont understand how this is saved to the database.. Anybody ever done this? Or know how to?

Why do you think it's saved in a database somewhere? Since it doesn't have a timestamp on the post I would say it's not saved anywhere.

Best way to find out how it's done is to download the code used by that site. You could also try simply viewing the source of the page, that might tell you a lot.
