Could anyone let me know if there are any Scripts available for comparing the schema differences between two SQL server databases?

Thanks

Also there is the third party tool called as DB Compare which can be useful. its show you the exact difference between the schema and also you can generate the script based on the differences.

I'd be inclined to use one of the many tools that exist to do this kind of thing. Have a look at DBGhost http://www.innovartis.co.uk or Red Gate SQL Compare www.red-gate.com.
